leadership and public accountability
As evident in Baltimore (refer to the story at the end of this posting), city and county-wide efforts to implement housing and homelessness initiatives are complex and often contested by diverse stakeholders. We need leaders who are able to skillfully navigate these “social frontiers” of reform — leaders who act within and across fields of practice to cultivate opportunity for all.
