Our People

Our lab is comprised of 15 undergraduate research assistants, 1 graduate student, and PI. We all come from very different backgrounds and have a wide range of research interests and passions and our research projects reflect this. Despite our size, we are a fairly tight-knit community and love spending time together doing trivia, hanging out on the terrace, and eating pizza while we talk about research. Our lab works very closely with the Math Education Learning and Development (MELD) Lab, which is headed by Dr. Percival Matthews (also out of UW – Madison), so we spend a lot of our time collaborating and hanging out with his team, too!

See Team Leaders to read a little bit about the background of our Primary Investigator, and undergraduate lab managers.
See Graduate Students to learn about all our current grad students, their research interests, and current projects.
See Undergraduates to meet all our undergrads and see what project(s) they’re working on.

For a list of all our lab alumni, please see our Alumni page.
