Sean (Yun-Shiuan) Chuang, Visiting Student
I am currently an visiting student from Taiwan. I finished my undergrad at National Taiwan University with a B.S. in Psychology and Neuroscience.
I aspire to evaluate and improve teaching practices on the basis of neural evidences. Back in my home university, I conducted a fMRI research in the field of decision-making, with functional connectivity and graph theory measures. My current research here focuses on the neural development of numerical cognition in children via dynamic causal modeling (DCM), on the ground that it sheds light on maturing effect on sophisticated connectivities between brain regions. I am also interested in advanced statistics and machine learning approaches for brain data analysis. Check out my personal website for more detail (https://yunshiuan.github.io/) and my github respiratory for my R package for fMRI study (https://github.com/yunshiuan).
