They come to ND for jobs but can&#8217;t always<!--more--> find housing. Tent and trailer communities have popped up on the outskirts of small towns. Additionally, there&#8217;s a large number of unaccompanied youth in the state. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.grandforksherald.com\/news\/3892279-unaccompanied-homeless-youth-hidden-population-nd-schools\" target=\"_blank\">These are adolescents and young adults<\/a> who are out on their own.
