Leadership tasks occur across a school setting, by many people. So, by creating a simple, online survey process, CALL schools capture data not only from leadership, but all stakeholders.<\/p>\n<p>Formative data is used in real time to make adjustments to real practice. Leadership assessment must meet the need to improve student learning through day-to-day practice.
