Edward Hubbard<\/strong><\/h3>\n

My initial training was at the University of California, Berkeley where I studied cognitive science (BA) and the University of California, San Diego where I studied experimental psychology and \u00a0(MA and PhD). I then held post-doctoral appointments at INSERM Cognitive Neuroimaging Unit with Stanislas Dehaene in France and the Educational Cognitive Neuroscience Lab with Bruce McCandliss (now at Stanford) in Vanderbilt University\u2019s Peabody College. Our research uses functional MRI to explore the neural basis of numerical and mathematical abilities in children.<\/p>\n

My name is Annabelle Presly and I am a junior majoring in Neurobiology and Psychology. In the future, I would like to attend medical school will the long-term goal of working in pediatrics. Outside of the lab, I volunteer at the children\u2019s hospital and work in the Child Development Lab. In my free time, I enjoy traveling, going to concerts, and spending time outdoors!\u00a0<\/span><\/p><\/div>\n

Alyssa Braeger<\/h3>\n

My name is Alyssa Braeger and I am a senior majoring in Neurobiology with a certificate in Science Communication. My <\/span>long term career goal is to become a physical therapist as well as contribute to the current body of <\/span>scientific knowledge through research. I am very excited to continue working in the lab for a fourth semester<\/span>! Outside of the lab I enjoy spending time with friends and family, <\/span>baking, reading, and going to the gym.<\/span><\/p><\/div>\n

Krithi Gopinath<\/h3>\n
My name is Krithi Gopinath, and I\u2019m a senior majoring in Neurobiology with a certificate in South Asian Studies. After graduation, I plan to spend some time traveling before attending medical school. This is my first semester in the lab, and although my experience with Educational Psychology is limited to one class, I\u2019m excited to expand my knowledge and contribute to the team. Outside of academics, I love practicing Indian Classical music and dance, exploring hiking trails, and discovering new foods at the Madison Farmers Market!<\/span>
