I received my B.S. inApplied Psychology (Education and Development Stream) in 2024 at Chinese University of Hong Kong, Shenzhen. I’m interested in how developmental changes in brain networks underlying executive functions influence numerical cognition. Currently, I am interested in understanding how executive functions affects children’s fraction cognition through fNIRS. This will be my first semester working in the lab and I’m so excited to work with the Educational Neuroscience Lab! In my free time, I enjoy cycling, running, and swimming.

Hui-Ru (Irene) Ho, Ph.D. Student

Project: Multisensory Integration (MSI)
My name is Irene, and I’m a visiting student from National Taiwan University. It is my pleasure to work with the Educational Neuroscience Lab this year. As part of the Multisensory Integration team, I find learning new things and asking questions about the data most interesting. I also have some previous experience with user experience research, especially how technology should develop according to human needs. My hobbies are music, arts, and traveling! My research interests lie in multisensory integration and cognition, and I look forward to exploring these areas further in grad school.

["post-2272","page","type-page","status-publish","hentry
["GET
