Already interested in neuroscience, I became intrigued by its application to education. As an RA, I was involved with projects on multisensory integration and synesthesia. After four years in the lab, I graduated with a B.S. in Neuroscience. Now in my gap year and pursuing medical school, I have the opportunity to continue my involvement as the project coordinator for the longitudinal study on the development of fraction knowledge in children. Having been a part of EdNeuroLab since its beginning, I have been exposed to the operations necessary for a successful research lab.
